Our RAG architecture retrieves relevant chunks from your organization’s vector index before generating responses. Queries and context are processed to deliver answers within your tenant boundary.
We do not use your proprietary documents to train public foundation models without explicit written agreement.
Data Security
We apply encryption in transit, secure credential storage, access logging, and infrastructure hardening.
Administrators should enforce strong passwords and least-privilege access within their organization.
Third-Party Services
We may use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI inference providers configured by your plan.
Subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with this policy.
Data Retention
Account and document data are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for backup and legal compliance.
You may request deletion subject to contractual and regulatory requirements.
User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data.
Organization administrators can manage user accounts; individual requests may be submitted to our privacy contact.
Account Deletion
